HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN EVENT?
Please email (artfromtheheartstudio.jp@gmail.com) the following information to me:
-the name and theme of your party,
-your phone number,
-the painting you have chosen
-the estimated number of attendees and/or names and their general age group

WHAT TO BRING?
This will depend on where the event is held, food and drink is BYO. If the event is held at a restaurant or bar food and drink can be purchased there. I will supply all that is needed to create the painting!

HOW LONG IS THE EVENT?
The event last for two hours. You may come 15 minutes early to set up/or reserve spot. I will arrive 1.5 HOURS early to set up and will offer 30 minutes at the end to help finish paintings or socializing time, I are happy to accommodate.

HOW DO I PICK A PAINTING?
You may choose your painting from the list offered by Art from the Heart. The best place to see the paintings is on the Facebook Page in the Album Paintings. I also take requests and ideas of paintings, if you have a painting in mind or an idea/theme you would like to paint I will work with you and create a personalized painting

WHAT DO YOU WEAR?
We provide aprons, but recommend that you wear older, paint friendly party clothes. Everyone WILL get paint on their hands at some point during the event!

DO I CLEAN UP?
Nope! I will set up and clean up the event, you are just responsible for any food or drink messes, but I will do the rest!

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?
A 15 minute face painting before children’s event is offered, no extra charge!
